I got to appt at 8:22, nobody was around to check me in (never happened 2 other times I have been). After about 5 minutes a woman checked me in then Mr. Nagle took over. I told him I would be waiting in (never happened 2 other times I have been). After about 5 minutes a woman checked me in then Mr. Nagle took over. I told him I would be waiting in the cafe for my car. Around 10:40 I went to Mr. Nagle to see how much longer it would be. He responds with “I didn’t see you in there”. My receipt says my car was ready at 9:11. I waited an extra hour and a half for my car! Needless to say but I was not pleased with the service that was provided this past Saturday morning. More

Service was great, they took care of our issues on a CPO Grand Cherokee we had just bought at no cost and were prompt to keep us informed of the progress and made picking up the car incredibly easy.
