Arrived on time (9:00 am) and went straight to service window. Dang checked me in and had everything ready to go. Estimated time for Recall and oil change was 2 - 3hrs. Got a call about the "special" window. Dang checked me in and had everything ready to go. Estimated time for Recall and oil change was 2 - 3hrs. Got a call about the "special" program on oil changes ( 2/yr.) and said go for it. got a call 2 hrs later and said car was all set. Very satisfied with the promptness of the scheduling, estimated service time was right on the money. and everything is looking great!!! More
