About two years ago I was drawn to Central because of their inventory and now I drove over an hour for service because their customer service is so su About two years ago I was drawn to Central because of their inventory and now I drove over an hour for service because their customer service is so superb. From the woman I spoke to over to phone who made my appoint, Peter my service advisor, and the gentleman who organized the very nice loaner vehicle, every person who I encountered was friendly, professional, and efficient. I was so pleased with my experience (they happened to have the two necessary parts for my very not-common car and were finished in less than 24 hrs!) I will be happy to continue to make the drive down from Norwood despite another dealership about 5 miles from my house, their service was that superior. More
