Service was excellent, communication was poor I picked the service package I wanted and was told it would take 1/2 of the day to complete. I heard nothing all day, so I called and my Jeep still wa I picked the service package I wanted and was told it would take 1/2 of the day to complete. I heard nothing all day, so I called and my Jeep still wasn't ready. I received a call the next morning with an inflated price of the package. I also was never called by my name and felt like a number. I straightened out the price when I got the Sevice Center, which went smoothly. My Jeep was better than I was! More

Oil Change I simply went for an oil change on Saturday, noticed my truck was leaking antifreeze on Tuesday. I picked my truck up at 5pm on Saturday and didnt dri I simply went for an oil change on Saturday, noticed my truck was leaking antifreeze on Tuesday. I picked my truck up at 5pm on Saturday and didnt drive it until Tuesday morning! My heat stopped working and I noticed a big puddle of antifreeze! I called Jeep and they told me it would cost $150 to LOOK at it and would take a few days!!! Im NEVER going back or recommending this place! More
