Waited way too long 5 hour wait for an oil change, inspection, and new tires. I was told 2 hours initially then it went up to 3, and then another 45 minutes and then I f 5 hour wait for an oil change, inspection, and new tires. I was told 2 hours initially then it went up to 3, and then another 45 minutes and then I finally had to say something because I was wondering when it would be done. Appointment was at 9:30am and I was out of there by 2:30pm being 7 months pregnant - not great! More

Inspection Sticker I walked in to have an inspections sticker and lucked out to have it done in about 50 minutes . Phewww. Great service Everytime I service my jJeep here it is an overall great experience. The only negative I have is that you have to wait so long to get an appointment. I can schedule my oil changes in advance i just worry if something major goes wrong I will need to take it elsewhere for an immediate appointment. More
