Quick service. Great dealership. I purchased my car in June 2007. I always bring it back to Central Chrysler for work. Recently I did need an alternator. I had to go elsewhere as they I purchased my car in June 2007. I always bring it back to Central Chrysler for work. Recently I did need an alternator. I had to go elsewhere as they were able to take my car in the next day They fixed it Unfortunately I was told I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment at Central to get the work done. Otherwise all the work on my car is done at Central. More
Disappointing and Frustrationg I had a 1PM scheduled appointment which I scheduled 2 weeks in advance over the telephone. When I checked in at 12:45PM, they had no record of my app I had a 1PM scheduled appointment which I scheduled 2 weeks in advance over the telephone. When I checked in at 12:45PM, they had no record of my appointment. Despite that, they indicated they could do my service which was to take 1 hour. My car was not even moved from the service bay for 55 minutes. The service took over 2 hours rather than the 1 hour I was promised. My time is valuable and I expect the service I was promised and that includes waiting time. More
No information for fuel pump fix We were given no information as to the nature of the problem and the length of time it may take to complete any work. Even upon pickup the extent of We were given no information as to the nature of the problem and the length of time it may take to complete any work. Even upon pickup the extent of the explanation was "You're all set." We dropped the car on Monday and called back Tuesday to ask for an update. We call them again Tuesday to try and get an update. The work was finally completed Wednesday and was just a fuel pump. Although they also fixed the recall notice, they did not say they would or would not "get to it". Thankfully it was all covered under warranty. More
