I dropped my car off on Saturday, 3/13 at 7:00 to have the electrical system looked at. I was willing to wait to see what the issue was, but was told it could take a while ( a few hours) and had to rent a the electrical system looked at. It turned out I didn't need to rent the car since the car was ready by about 10 or 10:30. I could have waited in the waiting area instead of renting the car, going home and having to come back to pick up the car. You should give your customers the choice to wait to see what the issue is before telling them to leave their car and then give them the option to rent a car or find an alternate way to go home. As it turned out, the wrong light bulbs were put in the car. More

I needed a tire replaced after a flat. The man who checked me in wasn't very friendly. Also, he quoted me 30 minutes and it took 65 minutes. I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for service. Shawn was courteous and asked me to wait at the Dealership’s coffee shop while the Jeep is being serviced. The coffee shop is a full service diner. I had a ham and cheese omelet and a coffee. There is also a free wifi, and a clothing plus Jeep accessories shop next to the coffee shop. Everyone is friendly and respectful.
