Quite honestlyi sat for two hours for a oil change and tire rotation. Then to receive recommendations saying i coolant is low. I would have expexted that to be installed. Taillight went out only a year after purchase, wouldn't cover it under the $2500 extended bumper to bumper warranty, wouldn't tell me how to replace myself, despite asking 3 times what the trick was to rem cover it under the $2500 extended bumper to bumper warranty, wouldn't tell me how to replace myself, despite asking 3 times what the trick was to remove the pushpins (advisor chuckled "yeah they make it really hard to get at"), charged me $85 bucks for loaner (wouldn't book me a saturday appointment, can't wait because it takes 2 hours for them to change the oil here) and to replace a bulb that's 4 bucks at AutoZone. Hit me with a $7.99 "supplies/hazardous materials" fee for some absurd reason. You'd think there'd be even an ounce of customer service after you spend $49,000 on a truck, but not here. Will never spend another dollar, whether sales or service, at this dealership. Don't care how inconvenient it is to go elsewhere. Awful people, awful place, just all around awful. More
