Persistence seems to work. Appointment was made for following Wednesday. Computer scan was not stored so service began again. This time they noticed the front tires were bad and alignment way off so new tires ordered. Day 2 no input until I texted and told maybe tomorrow. The next day vehicle ready at 10:00 am. Bill the service guy was very thorough explaining what went wrong due to everything shifting left with the alignment. He asked if vehicle had been in accident. If there was one it had to have happened before I bought the car from you. I was pleased with Bill and service received and vehicle seems fixed so far. More

The service department is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with in my years of owning a vehicle. Poor customer service skills & unprofessional. Car was left sitting in service lot for 2 months. As always I brought my car in with a problem it was quickly diagnosed and need to be left for further evaluation. Turns out it wasn’t a quick fix and was given a replacement vehicle right away and two quickly diagnosed and need to be left for further evaluation.
