I will never come there again. My friends and family Will all know how awful my experience was. I will never go there to get a new car. I was doubted from the beginning. Questioned and re-questioned. I brought my car in because it was under warranty. I was called by Amanda and just told it was not covered. We can’t file a false claim and we have to prove everything. When I talked to Nick, he just kept saying that we don’t know what’s been worked on and how long it’s been going on. He told me that the technician did not find a magnet in the pan and after much back-and-forth and questioning the technician he found out the technician never even looked. After all the back-and-forth I ended up taking my car to go to another dealership. One where I will not be questioned like I am deceiving or lying or trying to pull a fast one, but yet a customer who is having an issue that wanted to get it fixed. I honestly have never been treated like this before and I was disgusted More

Simple and quick They got me an appointment on short notice. They kept me up to date via TXT. They used my name when I called in. Service Excellence I have written a number of reviews, and always positive. This last visit had to do with a recall. It was again handled so well. I see that the survey I have written a number of reviews, and always positive. This last visit had to do with a recall. It was again handled so well. I see that the survey continues to ask questions about the virus, and how the staff handled it. I felt very safe. The recall on my Jeep had to do with tightening the bolts holding on the windshield wipers. I am nearly 80 years old, and very concerned about my health and safety during these terrible times. Service was very sensitive to this, and allowed me to stay in my car at the service entrance while the 5 minute job was completed. I mean who does that? This goes beyond my expectations.
