I bought a car from this dealer 13 years ago and I had a great experience. I didn't think I would get approved for a car and I did, and the salesman at that time also helped me get the best price and monthl great experience. Since that experience went so well I thought I would give them another try. This time, outside of the friendly reception there were a few bumps in the road on their part and it didn't go over well with me. That is when Ted Dedario gave me a call the next day and was very apologetic and helpful with making the road smooth again. His customer service and his openness to rectify the small bumps made me feel as if I did do the right thing in coming back to this dealer. All that were involved worked together to make my experience a great one again.
