The employees kept me constantly informed of the progress of the work, and all asked me if there was anything they could do for me. They understood that I had a personal problem that necessitated my return to Connecicut as quickly as possible. They had staff work through lunch to complete the work; the charges were fair. They described the work to be done and the cpsts. I was treated very courtesly, and the work was completed quickly and carefully. They even repaired the mechanism holding the spare tire at no charge.I was an out-of-town customer, and they treated me as if I was a regular customer. I would recommend them highly. More

Ed White gives the best advice imaginable and the best quality and cost-efficient service I have ever gotten on any vehicle that I have ever owned. Ed White's insights and recommendations on repairs have saved me thousands of dollars over the years by providing outstanding advice and expert repair by his team of mechanics. I bought a used 2002 Camry and a used 2005 Sequoia from Central City Toyota because I knew that they would be serviced by the best Toyota service team in the United States, under the supervision of Ed White. For each of my two vehicles purchased at Central City Toyota, I also purchased the Toyota Platinum Warranty per Ed White's recommendation. I gave my car for the regular service and to check on a tire which was losing pressure. I received a call from Brian after 1 hr saying no damage was found in the tire but recommended to change 2 other tire tire which was losing pressure. I received a call again after few minutes saying that they have found a nail in the tire and said 20 $ to fix that for which I agreed. Finally I went to pick my car and found a big scratch on the front fender. When addressed the manager instead of finding out what happened became very defensive and was giving reasons saying they have all the walls painted blue and red and the scratch was white. It was very unprofessional for a manager to speak like that. Then after a week I checked the pressures and found it to be low on the same tire. Also the tires were not rotated for which I have been charged. I really doubt if they even have changed the oil or done anything for that matter other than making the big scratch. More
