Repairs The service person was great his name was Richard and I had asked for a tech to ride with me which he did and heard the noise I needed fixed. His name was Luig I think not sure.. im not happy with the quality of the ram .my 2015 had issues an now my 2017 has similar issues. 2 drive shafts replaced in 10 months, hub had to b replaced , upper control arms had to b replaced this time. The only reason I've stayed with ram is because of trucks l bought from 2004 to 2014 were real good trucks, especially my 2006 mega cab. This is my 8th ram an I'm looking to trade next year but not 100% sure it will b a ram again. More
