I have been a client of the Central Florida Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership since 2019 and it was not until recently that I can say that this Dealer is the WORST ever. Last May I took my 2018 Jeep C Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership since 2019 and it was not until recently that I can say that this Dealer is the WORST ever. Last May I took my 2018 Jeep Compass (50K miles) for service since it halted a couple of times and had an alert on the dashboard. Went to the Dealer and I was told the engine was fried and they “happen” to have a replacement engine and could take care of it in a couple of day for $12K. So, I took it to another Dealer, and it was low on oil. No engine Damage. Is mid-September now and the car is working fine. Be careful, don’t trust them. More

I DROVE AN HOUR AND A HALF TO GET MY 2019 RAM 1500 SERVICED. I COULD HAVE TOOK IT TO A LOCAL DEALER, HOWEVER THE ONE THAT IS 15 MINUTES AND THE ONE THAT IS 40 MINUTES AWAY HAVE REVIEWS OF 2,0 AND 2.5 SERVICED. I COULD HAVE TOOK IT TO A LOCAL DEALER, HOWEVER THE ONE THAT IS 15 MINUTES AND THE ONE THAT IS 40 MINUTES AWAY HAVE REVIEWS OF 2,0 AND 2.5 OUT OF 5.
