We went to Central Florida Chrysler Jeep looking for a specific used Ford Explorer i saw on their website. Had no appointment and just walked in. We were paired up with Brian Cacares who was extremely personable, caring, and was very knowledgeable of the Ford Explorer, I was surprised. We were soon introduced to his manager Wesley Guzman who was never pushy or arrogant like many other managers I have seen in other vehicle purchases. Very disappointed in the service. I set an appointment a week ahead of time, got there 25 minutes early, then after waiting 2 1/2 hours they had not looked at my car. I left and committed to come back 3 da week ahead of time, got there 25 minutes early, then after waiting 2 1/2 hours they had not looked at my car. I left and committed to come back 3 days later with the agreement my car would be one of the first in if I came in at 7:30 a.m. I arrived on time and plan to wait. 2 hours later I checked with the tech. He said they finally looked at my car, but could not get the problem to repeat, but made note of it for the future. I left frustrated. The service associates I have dealt with have been friendly and knowledgeable. The issue seems to be getting cars into the shop, diagnosed and serviced in a reasonable time. More
