Great experience due to a great salesman Personally I don’t like a pushy sales rep. So it was perfect that by the luck of the draw we got Jemal Wray. He respected when I said let me go home and think about it. We went in to trade out VW CC for a small SUV and ended up getting a 2018 Mercedes GLE 43. Because it was almost double what we were thinking of spending it took me a day to kind of think of we should spend the money. Transmission I have been in CFCJD 3 times already for transmission issues. On my 3rd visit looks like they resolved the trans issues but now I have a plastic engin I have been in CFCJD 3 times already for transmission issues. On my 3rd visit looks like they resolved the trans issues but now I have a plastic engine cradle cover hanging underneath my car. I requested a oil change so I assume this is the result from shotty work. This cover is dragging underneath any more than likely wearing the cover away. I want my car fixed right. We all assume the dealer is the best way to go for professional work done right!!! But looks like it doesn't happen at this service service More
