AWESOME SERVICE I had to go to C.F. CDJR to have the hood on my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica sent out for repainting due to the edges blistering in paint. Ray was my Servi I had to go to C.F. CDJR to have the hood on my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica sent out for repainting due to the edges blistering in paint. Ray was my Service Adviser and he handled everything even my loaner a brand new Pacifica 2019. I rec'd a call not even a complete week later. It was early in the morning and when I answered it was Ray and he was so pleasant to talk with. When I went to pick up my Pacifica, the hood looked AMAZING and it was a perfect match to the color Red Velvet Pearl. Ray took the time to answer my questions regarding LEASE vs PURCHASE? He is such a GENTLEMAN, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS and FRIENDLY. Because of Ray's knowledge and actually taking his time to respectfully explain lease to me - I LEASED my 1st vehicle.
