Happy they were able to squeeze me in, but the lack of communication, even after I reached out directly to my tech, was horrible. He left for lunch never telling me my vehicle was done. The runnner said it had been done for a bit and then it took another 10 minutes to locate the keys and confirm it was ready. While waiting for this I listened to one service rep go on about how he wasn't going to help a co-worker after being asked it was their fault and their problem. The guy attempting to help me was told to "go find the tech that worked on it and figure it out yourself" by someone who appeared to be his superior. Overall felt like a hostile environment with a lot of lazy guys who didn't care about doing the job or helping their customers. More
