I came in for just an oil change but ended up getting my back up cam replaced and Marcous provided great service while letting me know what I needed. Brought my car in for a oil change and tire rotation, thought it was rediculous I had to wait four hours for this service ! Would have been nice if my service advisor took time to reply to my text when I thought it was rediculous I had to wait four hours for this service ! I guess the automated text they send, to keep you in the know about how long or how much longer the service will take , is just make it look like they care as I received no response to the two separate text I sent to service advisor. I didn’t know you have to wait the whole day for oil change!!! Otherwise why do you do appointments if they don’t mean nothing to you !!! They’d waisted my day , my job and ruin will never go there again and I will never buy a dodge !!! More
