This was the first time I got disappointed with this dealership. Gio told me it would take 3 hours for the software update for the recall. I waited patiently for 3 hours in their waiting area. They have dealership. Gio told me it would take 3 hours for the software update for the recall. I waited patiently for 3 hours in their waiting area. They have a large window where you can see your car being worked on. I saw my car just sitting there with no one looking or working at it for 2.5 hours. I noticed technicians just walking around, talking with each other like they were all in a lunch break. One was even playing with a tennis ball. Finally one girl turn my car on then just left it there. The 3 hours went by and my car was still sitting there with the engine on. Another manager came to me seeing I was getting upset and I told him I have been observing what’s going on. He apologized and went to get my car. He then told me that the software update should only take 30 minutes yet I was sitting there for 3 hours! He filled up my tank as a courtesy and assured me that the software update was successful. It was for a recall. I literally wasted half my day for something that could have been done in an hour tops. 1 star for doing the recall and another star for the complimentary gas. Those technicians walking and playing around shouldn’t be there for customers to see. They could be on break but it doesn’t look good when cars are not being worked on and the customers can see them. More
