I was not prepared for this expense. I was quoted $282.00 before the service and that was with a 2 for 1 oil change included but when i paid all of a sudden it was up to $308.00 with no buy one get one free oil change, so I was confused about that. One of the things that was listed in the 30k service was a free car wash. I was glad about that because my car was dirty. When I got to my car I could clearly see that it wasn't taken through the car wash. Not a big deal but dont put it out there if every employee doesn't know to take the car through the car wash when they are finished. I didn't bother to say anything because I was already there 2 hours and was ready to leave, More
