Took WAY too long!!! I have been here several times before and have had excellent service. My Service associate, Justin was great as well. I was advised when I made the ap I have been here several times before and have had excellent service. My Service associate, Justin was great as well. I was advised when I made the appointment that it would take 2.5-3 hours. Again I was fine with that. But when the time came and went it took over 5 hours to take care of a recall item (airbags). I'm sure they've done a few of those. Overall, I generally like the service I have received in the past but this one trip was NOT good. If I was told from the beginning that it would take 5 hours, I would have made other arrangements rather than wait there. Good thing I didn't have anything else to do that day. More
