Transmission I have been in CFCJD 3 times already for transmission issues. On my 3rd visit looks like they resolved the trans issues but now I have a plastic engin I have been in CFCJD 3 times already for transmission issues. On my 3rd visit looks like they resolved the trans issues but now I have a plastic engine cradle cover hanging underneath my car. I requested a oil change so I assume this is the result from shotty work. This cover is dragging underneath any more than likely wearing the cover away. I want my car fixed right. We all assume the dealer is the best way to go for professional work done right!!! But looks like it doesn't happen at this service service More

Good people...slow times Came in for an oil change. Service advisors were initially professional and got me set up. However, the oil change took over an hour. Asked for the ti Came in for an oil change. Service advisors were initially professional and got me set up. However, the oil change took over an hour. Asked for the tires to be rotated. Unfortunately that did not happen. Communication issue it seems like? Unsure. Then the multi-point inspection wasn’t communicated with me at the end. I had to ask if everything looked “good.” Felt like I was just getting checked out without any personal touch. But overall, the oil was changed and I was on with my day. More
