Great service Department BUT NEVER BUY A DODGE CHRYSLER This by far is the best service department I have been to. If Chrysler would care about the customers as much as they do of money, I would have bought This by far is the best service department I have been to. I would NEVER buy another Dodge Truck or Chrysler product again. That is a true shame because I loved the looks of the Ram Rebel that I ordered. The transmission had to be replaced and the electronic steering system had to be replaced not once but 3 times. With all this Chrysler was treating me like crap and all I wanted at the beginning was a even swap for another truck that didn’t have these issues. Chrysler told me no we will fix. Well 3 months later and extensive time traveling back-and-forth from Tampa to Orlando I was able to proceed with the lemon law. DO NOT BUY A DODGE/CHRYSLER PRODUCT. More
