Irresponsible, incompetent, bad service...etc. Irresponsible, incompetent, bad service and the representatives like to treat customers as though they are stupid. I took my van for a simple repair and they told me I needed much more than was truly needed. As though this wasn’t enough, they also returned my car to me with additional damage that the car didnt have before I took it in. This is the second time that they’ve done this. More

Great Service! Alex was very polite and professional. As was the Service Manager. I think his name was Jacob. I brought my diesel Chevy in for an oil change and Alex was very polite and professional. Horrible service I will never be coming back to this dealership for an oil change. $90 for a synthetic oil change is so much money. I was told it would be 79 with a co I will never be coming back to this dealership for an oil change. $90 for a synthetic oil change is so much money. I was told it would be 79 with a coupon 71. He up charged me because I was a girl and no dealership has ever heard of 90 oil change with no added tire rotation/inspection. I will be calling corporate to discuss. More

Unimpressive On a family vacation. Car trouble on arrival at Disney. Pros: Appt. Scheduled quickly, issues resolved eventually. Negatives: improper diagnosis, On a family vacation. Car trouble on arrival at Disney. Pros: Appt. Scheduled quickly, issues resolved eventually. Negatives: improper diagnosis, poor communication, picked up car, window switches didn’t work. Had to leave vacation and make a separate trip back 2 days in a row. Tech apparently didn’t double check his work. Although, shop tried to make it right, they need to ensure quality work is done and check their work. More
