I came in for a regular schedule oil change my Navigator Black label with an appointment and had a slow leak in one of my tires. I was there for four hours and they never fixed the tire. The old dealer was Black label with an appointment and had a slow leak in one of my tires. I was there for four hours and they never fixed the tire. The old dealer was better. The new dealer stinks and then they send me a notice that they want to charge me for another maintenance coming up for $299 why didn't they do it while I was there? going to a different dealer! More
