The absolute worst Mechanics, They have Screwed Up my 2017 Ford I took in in for a New Timing chain , they said no longer than a Day to a Day and a half. 2 weeks later I get it back and straight home. A 2017 Ford I took in in for a New Timing chain , they said no longer than a Day to a Day and a half. 2 weeks later I get it back and straight home. About 30 minutes later go to leave and oil on the driveway and all over the front of the motor . Take it straight back and that said it was a cracked valve cover ( Which they done) and said I had a small Leak on the oil pan which they done also removing the cover for the timing chain (But they said it wasn’t their fault) Weeks later I get it back. Said no leaks. Get home and it’s still leaking, they said it was the oil pan gasket and it wasn’t their fault. I agreed to pay for the new oil pan just to be done with it. Get my truck back and guess what?? It’s still leaking oil. It’s a 2017 Ford 4x4 with 107000 miles, never been in mud and well serviced and they have totally Screwed up my truck. I would NOT Recommend the Service Department at Central Ford in Trumann Arkansas to anyone. I have been dealing with what was supposed to be a Day to Day and half job for over two months. This has been the Absolute worst repair experience I have ever had. Mike the Service Manager is Nice but the Mechanic that did my repair needs to be FIRED More
