We are in Houston for my husband’s cancer treatment, and Central Cadillac is the closest dealer. I went online at 10:50 AM and scheduled an oil change for 11:30 AM same day. I explained I needed to get to Central Cadillac is the closest dealer. I went online at 10:50 AM and scheduled an oil change for 11:30 AM same day. I explained I needed to get to the Hospital by 1:30 PM. They change my oil, put on new wiper blades, and washed it and I was out of there by 1:13 PM. Christina was knowledgeable and very helpful and polite and did everything I asked for and beyond. I was thoroughly pleased and would return there any time for any service. I went in for a simple oil change and was quoted a wait time of 30 minutes. 2 hours passed before I got my car. Missed several meetings and left rather unhappy.
