DO NOT BUY USED CAR from here. No integrity, accountability or customer service focused. This is a reflection of all staff in used car sales, even management. I've been to Sewell, Tom Ford and Central Houston Cadillac dealerships. And, Central Houston is the worse - unethical, dishonest, manipulate, etc. Go to Sewell. We purchased our car from Sewell and wanted to buy another Cadillac. Sewell didn't have what we want in stock, and it was a mistake to buy one from Central Houston. Sewell will outdo Central Houston in many ways: $$$, customer service, honesty, transparency, etc. The best decision to make is NOT to go to this dealership. More
