They push the limits of ethics I had no credit, not bad just none. I knew I would pay a high interest. Had to drive over 125 to the dealership. I did get a good car but that'should not the issue. I was told I had to take the extended warranty. I didn'the want it but was told if I didn'the take interest rate would you up as would my payment. I needed car. Plus I was told I had to take GAP and the GPS service. Almost immediately I figured out GPS didn't work in my area. Teo weeks before they agreed to remove and add to principal. Then I found out I had 1 place within 125 miles to take my cat to for warranty work. They didn'the care. Fast forward 19 months. I was so upside down I couldn'the refinance. I was looking for a document in the packet given me when I left and couldn'the find what I needed. I downloaded what they had emailed to me and actually found cancellation forms for both GAP and Extended Warranty. I filled them out and with in 30 days had over $2500 applied to principal. Whi,e looking at my account I noticed a few refunds. When I ask about them got lots of double talkaline. Said I wanted a refund on interest I had paid. They argued but finally gave it to me. But they added as a payment which I was paying interest on the refunded interest. Geez I finally got my loan far enough down to buy another new car and pay them off. But it isn'the over yet. They've done some other things that I'm still trying to get handled. But my recommendation is look at your account closely, ask questions and get what's yours. And BTW, by law they cannot force you to buy extended warranty by upping your interest rate. Of course they will likely deny it since it is your word against theirs. But you CAN cancel. More

Drivetime approved my loan, and their cars were really nice, more than good enough to drive for uber. I got a nice little Nissan Sentra, and two days later were driving for uber! The great - excellent cars. Getting approved, when no one else were willing to take a chance on me. Dealing with Anthony and Shannon and Carlos rocked. The good - customer service, no pressure, no lies. The extended warranties and vehicle inspections. The bad - i need to change brake fluid immediately. I would have liked not to have that expense right from the dealership. The ugly - my apr is through the roof, and the down payment was horrendous. Of course it was, i didnt expect anything else. Yet, that price tag gave me pause. More

We have always been interested in Drivetime but never went in and speak to a salesperson. We decided to just go in and ask some questions and we were really surprised at the helpful info we received from Reginald Ellis. We looked at a couple of cars but we didnt fall in love with a car on the lot. After looking at more options by adjusting our down payment option we saw a car at another dealership that was just added to the list. We went to see it, fell in love with it but couldnt put a hold on it because it was a lease vehicle. We had to wait a couple days till we have our full down payment. Unfortunately our plans didnt work out. Someone else purchased the car right when we left the dealership as told by a salesperson when i called to check on the vehicle the following morning. We were really bummed. Later that evening after finding out the info, we were just strolling down the car list and a vehicle similar to the one we really wanted came available on the lot. I called Reggie immediately to tell him we were coming to put a hold on it. From there on out, service was even more wonderful when we came down to the lot to purchase it. It was a little longer than expected only because their system was not cooperating with us,lol. We ended up putting less down payment, decent monthly payment for a beautiful car that fits our family lifestyle. You guys are wonderful, and we hope we can continue business with you guys in the future when we look for another vehicle. More
