Whenever i need to make an appointment online, they never have any time open. Unless i make an appointment month before and get a day off from work. Its been 3.5 hrs, still not done. What kind of oil change takes 4hrs. Didn't even wash my car. So much for complementary wash! What is an express oil change? I paid for full synthetic but i got express oil change. Mechanic didn't even put paper in my car on carpet. And i saw him driving reckless when going to park my car. Is it another way of making money on getting new tires and wear tear. He was up front and honest on what was available on the lot, the current availability in this horrible market, and that Central Valley Hyundai had the lowest markup compared to other dealers. Plus, to be put on a wait list, only required you to ask. Other dealers required a full credit check and some a nonrefundable deposit. Hyundai’s MSRP is still reasonable, the lowest mark up in the greater Bay Area and CV, makes Central Valley Hyundai a great place to get a Hyundai. And again, Greg Hayes is an amazing person to work with. More
