Century 3 Kia

KIA had my van for 10 months then charged me $750 Century 3's service department was horrible. It took KIA 10 months to repair my engine which was under full warranty. Even though they had to replac Century 3's service department was horrible. It took KIA 10 months to repair my engine which was under full warranty. Even though they had to replace the engine twice as the first one was defected, it should NOT of taken 10 months!!!! While replacing the engine, they messed up a $3000 control unit. Since they had my van for soooooooooooooooo long, they charged me $750 for the control unit thinking this was fair. They should of charged me nothing since they messed it up ! I'll never buy a vehicle from them again. Horrible service. Very Dissatisfied. More

Ease and comfort of a service call I brought my vehicle out for its first maintenance check and everyone from A to Z was so polite. Amazing Experience at C3 Kia My old car was on its way out and Century III Kia was the first dealership that I went to. I spoke to Travis a sales representative. He was awesome. He helped me find the Kia Optima based on what criteria of car I was looking for. He was not pushy when I explained I didn't know what I wanted and was going to test drive a few other brands of cars. He was friendly and offered his car to answer all of my questions. He was amazing because after I did some other test drives over a couple of days I called him with a bunch of questions. He was very prompt in getting back to me with the answers. When I was really to purchase the car he was very helpful in making sure the car was right for me. He was upfront and honest about everything. He was never pushy and did not try any number games when it came to negotiating the price. After the sale was complete Travis took his time to go over more of the features of the vehicle that we had not gone over previously. He called me a few days after to make sure I didn't have any problems or concerns and he answered all of my questions. Overall it was a great experience. More
