Worst experience at any dealer ever This was the single worst experience at a dealership I've ever had. No comparison, by far the worst. We called ahead to schedule a drive of a new car This was the single worst experience at a dealership I've ever had. No comparison, by far the worst. We called ahead to schedule a drive of a new car and confirmed the appointment. No one seemed aware of appointment. The car itself had a toolbag, running shoes in the back seat and the trunk had golf clubs, shoes and assorted other items. No one showed us anything about the car and were taken aback when we asked to spend some time with it at the dealership. Following this, the sales pitch was very high pressure, expecting a purchase the same day. The quoted a price $5,000 greater than what was publicly listed on their website and were unwilling to even offer us a quote. Manager was equally rude, pressured and didn't even know of the price listed on their website. All of this is not to mention that the listed price was a for a new car, and what was being sold to us was a demo car with over 4,000 miles. Truly a terrible experience, in a trashy seeming showroom with the pushiest, least knowledgeable, rudest sales staff I've encountered at any dealership ever. More

We definitely bargained about the car and the financing, but I found process straightforward, cordial and pleasant. When my daughter and I got to the dealership, had a very pleasant delivery and F&I experience with no hard sell of aftermarket services/contracts. I have probably bought/sold 20 cars in my lifetime (getting old!), but this was as pleasant and easy a deal as I've experienced. Would highly recommend, thanks C3K! More
