Should have bought a Chevy. Bought a brand new Kia Optima had 4 problems with it within the first 3 months. The dealership has only fixed one of the problems because they were Bought a brand new Kia Optima had 4 problems with it within the first 3 months. The dealership has only fixed one of the problems because they were forced to, the other two they have no idea what to do and for the fourth problem they offered no help because there is no "goodwill with them"..... I made this short because I don't want to waste my time, should have bought a Chevy. More

Excellent Customer Service Excellent customer service. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. One Friday after work I went out to my car and it would not start Excellent customer service. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. One Friday after work I went out to my car and it would not start, I got a jump and then my check engine light went on. As soon as I got home I called the service department and explained what happened. The next available day they had was Tuesday, they don't schedule diagnostics tests on Saturday because they only have one person working on Saturday; however, I explained that during the week, I work, attend grad school and also have an internship and that Saturdays are my only available day. They got me in the next day. The wait was shorter then I thought and they provided me with a bottle of water and also a snack while I waited. They have a customer for life. More
