I built and ordered my new BMW through Century. The sales staff were always available to answer questions on progress of the car being built in Germany. When production number became available I was sales staff were always available to answer questions on progress of the car being built in Germany. When the vehicle arrived at the dealership Ian Long, Justin Peeler, and Kristi made the delivery of the vehicle happen very quickly yet, Justin took time to show how the technology worked. There is no professionalism with the salesperson I dealt with, very poor customer service. Bought a BMW X5 2017 with 49k miles for 35k last week. The calipers and rotors were rusted very badly so I asked th with, very poor customer service. Bought a BMW X5 2017 with 49k miles for 35k last week. The calipers and rotors were rusted very badly so I asked them to paint. They just pained the rotors and left the calipers rusted and made me sit for 6hours for this crap work. They don't disclose that they have only one key for the car when you're doing the paperwork, after everything is done and you're about to leave then they say OHH we have only one key, if you want second one it will cost you $450. Learn to maintain some integrity, I will never ever recommend this dealership. More
