The service department is an absolute scam. I was quoted a price of $1027 for a repair. I was sent this quote twice, an hour and a half apart. There was $13000 worth of nonsense on my quote, so I only agree a price of $1027 for a repair. I was sent this quote twice, an hour and a half apart. There was $13000 worth of nonsense on my quote, so I only agreed, and signed off, to the one repair I needed, which was the one for $1027. Three days later, they contact me and say "someone made a mistake", and the repair I needed is now $2900.... the only repair I agreed to is suddenly the ONLY thing on the entire quote that had a mistake??? Sure. Somehow, I am now obligated to pay for the mistake THAT THEY MADE. I told them I would pay for the quote I agreed upon, and they told me they would not fix my car, after THEY SENT ME THE QUOTE... TWICE. Some rude person contacted me and argued that I have to pay for their mistake. I told him I would pay what I was quoted, and he said they wouldn't do it for free.... "You're not, you're doing it for what I was quoted." He refused to fix my car, told me to come get it, and then hung up on me.... like a child. I would not recommend anyone use this service department unless you are prepared to get ripped off. More

Made 5 calls to Service and was promised return call. It has now been 5 days and still no return call from dealership. I gave up and called Bradshaw Acura and they answered my BMW question and directed me t has now been 5 days and still no return call from dealership. Going outside of the region, to Atlanta, appears to be my only choice for BMW service. This will color my opinion when selecting my next new automobile. More
