Over President's Day, I stopped at this dealer to checkout a Certified PreOwned Ram 1500 that I'd had my eye on for a while. Anticipating that the price listed on the internet would differ from what checkout a Certified PreOwned Ram 1500 that I'd had my eye on for a while. Anticipating that the price listed on the internet would differ from what I was quoted once I expressed interest, I fully planned to walk out after viewing the truck. Instead, I met Carson, the sales rep who would assist me. I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful demeanor, the lack of pressure and the overall lack of typical sales tactics I had experienced elsewhere. The test drive went well, with Carson taking me on a variety of different roads to get a good feel for the truck. He even encouraged me to really rest the Hemi's acceleration. When we returned, I was interested, but still had not seen any numbers. When we got to that point, surprisingly the price I had seen on the internet was, indeed, the price. After valuing my trade lower than I had hoped, I was once again ready to walk, but when Carson asked what would keep me interested, I quoted a number and 5 minutes later, we were shaking hands. Upon arriving home with my new Ram 1500, I became concerned that a feature I had wanted might not be installed as we had discussed during the deal. I was unwilling to make a big deal about it, but when Carson called to follow-up, he asked if I was completely satisfied. I explained that everything was great, but I wasn't sure if the truck had the feature we discussed. Immediately, Carson looked into it, and called me back within the hour to assure me that the feature was indeed present and proved it with an emailed window sticker. After talking to Carson and viewing the sticker listed options, I was very happy with both the truck and the customer service I had received from Century and Carson. If you are looking for a dealer that isn't trying to take you for all you have, try Century. And, if he's not busy, ask for Carson- he's an honest guy and a rare commodity. It's also worth noting that the dealer offered me a pretty fair maintenance plan, but I couldn't really make use of it because I'm not local to the Mt. Airy area. If you happen to be local, it might be worthwhile to check into. More
