They used to pick up for service, that changed due to me being outside their service pickup. I received a call the night before to tell me this. I have lived in Mount Airy or the surrounding area my whole life and have never visited this dealership in earnest. That is my mistake. Tom Cassera, Joe DeGiorgi, and the overall team were nothing short of professional, honest, and respectful -- words not often linked to automotive dealerships. I bought a used vehicle that was highly sought after both locally and nationally. During and through the sales process, they honored every word they said to me, and delivered a fantastic buying experience -- not to mention an excellent car. I have one additional item that they owe me from a repair perspective, and I am already set up to have it serviced. Century Ford of Mt. Airy has my highest recommendations. More
I brought my car in for service, last year. I left the car at 7:30, for a recall, and was assured I would have my car by 2:30. I called the service department at 2:45 and got a recording saying I left the car at 7:30, for a recall, and was assured I would have my car by 2:30. I called the service department at 2:45 and got a recording saying someone would call me back. I ended up having to cancel a doctor's appointment and was called at 5:17 saying my car would not be ready due to a under performing battery. I told them to button it up and they advised pickup would be available at 6:30. I called the Service Manager, complained, and was told it neither would happen again. On 10/16/23, at 10:30, I had to leave a message with a problem I had. It is now 10/29/23 and I never heard back. I ended up receiving advice from a friend, which proved the problem. I will never purchase from, or bring my car in for service again. Suggest everyone stay away from this dealership. Lackluster service, at best! More

Do not ever purchase a vehicle at Century Ford in Mount Airy. They sold me a vehicle with open recalls and then did not make the proper repairs. There are still open issues with this vehicle. I emailed multiple dealerships looking for a new Ranger with specific options. Century was one of only 2 who responded and let me know when one came in that fit my requirements. I bought a used car from Century Ford a Honda Accord with 80000 miles on it. The car looks good but it had some problems with it and thanks to Central Ford, They put me in a loaner car and sent my car to Sho 80000 miles on it. The car looks good but it had some problems with it and thanks to Central Ford, They put me in a loaner car and sent my car to Shockley Honda to get fixed. They paid for everything that needed to be fixed and also they paid for my Oil changed. I want to thank Brian Gerald the general sales manager for extending my warranty for another 3 months because of what I went through. I like to also thank all the people that was dealing with me about my car for your help. Once again thank u for all u did for me. More
