Mini Cooper Countryman S repair I bought a used Mini Cooper Countryman S, and needed to get it checked and a game plan on PM (Preventive Maintenance) and you guys were awesome in fin I bought a used Mini Cooper Countryman S, and needed to get it checked and a game plan on PM (Preventive Maintenance) and you guys were awesome in finding some issues and getting them covered under warranty. What really impressed me was when I brought it in some minor repairs and your technicians quickly found that the oil pressure sensor was faulty and needed a new one... Bonnie was great in helping me run it through my 3rd party extended insurance and between us they took ownership and help pay for the $1200 repair which was mostly manual hours in removing parts and reassembly... I only paid the deductible and being on fixed income it was send by the River Gods (avvid WW kayaker humor)... Feel very comfortable with the whole crew and Hagen was a pleasure to bring in the Mini at first and helped me understand the ropes.... More

Poor customer service Called to schedule an appointment at 8am and did not receive a call back. Had to make another call and then was to they only have 1 service advisor an Called to schedule an appointment at 8am and did not receive a call back. Had to make another call and then was to they only have 1 service advisor and it would be more than 5 days to get the vehicle in. Worst experience I have had and regret that I now have to drive to Charlotte just to get my mini serviced. Miss my dealership in Iowa. More

We were looking to trade in our SUV for a more fuel-efficient car. Ian Long, our salesman, listened to what I was looking for (since I really wasn't sure), asked a lot of questions to narrow down my needs and wants, which allowed me to guide myself to the car I was looking for rather than guiding me to the car he thought I wanted. I have never experienced this level of service from a salesperson before when purchasing a car, and my husband and I have purchased a lot of cars in the past. I will probably not look anywhere else for another car other than Century Mini. Thank you for a truly amazing experience!! Everyone was helpful and laid back with no pressures to walk off the lot then and there with a car, like we have experienced in the past and did experience with this latest car buying adventure at all the other dealerships we went to. More

Century MINI and the entire staff, Alex especially, are fantastic to deal with. I love the "True Price" model as it totally took the negotiation out the picture and made the buying process exceptionally ea fantastic to deal with. After I did all of my research online as to what I should pay, I came in and looked at cars and found that their pricing was spot on to what I would have had to negotiate to get. I HATE negotiating.
