Our beloved 2013 Mini Cooper S Countryman was totaled on Nov. 5th. We live in Charlotte but searched online and found Century Mini had just what we were looking for in a replacement. Kevin, Michael, and Chad, provided clear and excellent information by phone and answered all of our questions. Consequently, we decided to drive 200 miles round trip to buy from them. We were rewarded by a pleasant experience purchasing our new Mini Cooper S 2-door. Century took the burden for much of the paperwork and had it ready when we arrived to expedite the process. They also directed us to the $500 Veteran’s discount for which my Viet Nam veteran qualified. I still have lots to learn about it, but I was totally comfortable driving back to Charlotte on I-85. Kevin’s tutorial while I was test driving was invaluable, along with all the little hints he gave as I was about to drive off. David has driven it as well and is very impressed with the enhancements that have been made since 2013. Apple Play for navigation as well as a backup camera and 360-degree camera range are new features we especially like. But we have lots to learn about the wonderful features for safety, comfort, and convenience. We highly recommend Century Mini in Greenville. More
