I recently purchased a new BMW here. First off, the place is immaculately clean and the people are nice. My experience purchasing was mostly positive, but the service center is the best department. Always kind, willing to help, and efficient. Twice I have had to bring my car in, and the employees, Juan B service center is the best department. Always kind, willing to help, and efficient. I’ve had good experiences here in the past. Professional, friendly place. However, I was not happy with my most recent visit. A problem occurred with my car that resulted from the advice I was Professional, friendly place. However, I was not happy with my most recent visit. A problem occurred with my car that resulted from the advice I was given by someone in the service department. Rather than admit to an honest mistake, it was made out to be a fault entirely of my own that could not be covered by warranty, and so I had to pay over $1000 to fix it. Not fair, and not how you treat a loyal customer who has spent so much money at your business in the past. My recommendation is one with reservations. More
