The service department did not update me on my vehicle getting serviced. I had to continually call to find out information. Also no loaner vehicle given. They offered me an economy car to rent but I have getting serviced. I had to continually call to find out information. Also no loaner vehicle given. They offered me an economy car to rent but I have an X7 and had to pay for a bigger vehicle. This dealership lacks costumer service. More
