Leonard is AMAZING!! I love this guy so much. He is kind and helpful and I recommend him to everyone. I just got my second BMW through him. He genuinely cares about his customers. I guess he’s the closer guy? He was great! Car shopping isn’t always the most fun ever, but at Century West I’ve found that it’s pretty easy. Why do the finance guys on the first floor always look so unhappy? They get all sketched out when you walk near them. I don’t get it. More
