Chris the service advisor was very helpful and accommodating providing a great loaner while the device was being done. They performed my first scheduled service visit, installed updates for a reca accommodating providing a great loaner while the device was being done. They performed my first scheduled service visit, installed updates for a recall which included other updates solving an Apple CarPlay GPS drift issue and ordered a replacement part so all in all a great experience! More

The people that work here are lovely… avoid BMW of BevHills at all cost. I’ve bought both my BMWs from BevHills and made the mistake of taking them in for service in the past, was the worst experience BevHills at all cost. I’ve bought both my BMWs from BevHills and made the mistake of taking them in for service in the past, was the worst experience of my life, and I served in the US Navy during Operation Iraqi/Enduring Freedom. Century West employees are great… so much so that I drive here from WeHo for the exceptional service. More
