I have purchased from other dealers before, and I can say out of all of them Zach is honestly the best. He found the perfect car and is the best sales guy I have ever met. He isn’t pushy, he is super friendly, and that is essential when it comes to purchasing a car, I felt comfortable, and the only thing I regret is not purchasing cars from him sooner. Rekan is honestly the best service guy. So sweet. He has worked on my cars so quickly, and is so nice! He does his best to help you as much as he possibly can. I just came in for my service and the dealer emailed me an appointment weeks prior and let me change it without any problem. My car was done within 2 hours which is insane considering other dealers have taken days for just a standard oil change. More

Service above and beyond. I Purchased a certified preowned BMW from another dealership and was disappointed to find that a few items covered under the original factory warranty I Purchased a certified preowned BMW from another dealership and was disappointed to find that a few items covered under the original factory warranty had not been addressed. Not only did Century West BMW fix them perfectly, they were gracious enough to complete the work under the vehicle’s original 4 year warranty even though it expired a week after the parts had been ordered. Jonathan and everyone in the service department went out of their way to assure my experience was, personal, professional and positive. More
