Got an service appointment for 745 am 3-16-23, Brought the car in for a factory recall service of the PCV valve at 745 am, the service adviser (Michael Hildago) was late and we had to wait for some one el the car in for a factory recall service of the PCV valve at 745 am, the service adviser (Michael Hildago) was late and we had to wait for some one else to check us in (20 minute wait). I called later that day and asked what was going on Michael sent me a video showing his inspection of the car and repair recommendations. I responded to the video and I refused the work he was showing. He sent me another text saying he would contact me and let me know when the car would be completed. By 330pm I had not received any response from Michael and he did not answer the phone, i then contacted manager Luis and requested information regarding the status of the car. He texted me about an hour later and said he was checking and would let me know when the car would be completed. By 730 pm (closing time for the dealer). No on had called or texted me any information. On 3-18-23 at 920am I called Luis and left a voice mail requesting information on the car. At 950 am I called Michael and left a message on his voice mail to call me regarding the car. By 11am no had responded, I called the main number and explained to the operator my problem and she put me in contact with Eddie Perez who looked up what was going on and said my car was ready for pick up. Never explaining the delays, why my car was kept for two days or why no one else had responded to my calls and texts. I will never return to this dealer, for service or another car. The place is a joke. More
My vehicle had a recall needing to be serviced, they were quick and efficient. They have a great staff, courteous and very helpful. Had to take an Uber and that was a great experience, uber was there within quick and efficient. They have a great staff, courteous and very helpful.
