Horrible experience at Century West BMW and I worked here! My car was there for over 5 weeks. They insisted I pay for a problem that existed when I bought my CPO 440i. They even went as far as rewriting here! My car was there for over 5 weeks. They insisted I pay for a problem that existed when I bought my CPO 440i. They even went as far as rewriting the repair order to make it look like it was my fault. Phone calls to the service writer, service manager and general manager went to voicemail and took days for return calls. With all the BMW dealership choices nearby, avoid this one. More
