Horrible experience at Century West BMW! When I scheduled my appointment for an oil change, I requested a loaner car and the person on the phone said sure no problem. Went to my appointment and the service m my appointment for an oil change, I requested a loaner car and the person on the phone said sure no problem. Went to my appointment and the service manager refused to give me a loaner car because I was only getting an oil change, which is "not a real service." He promised that my car would be done in an hour but I ended up sitting there and waiting for almost 2 hours and had to check on the status 3 times. In the meantime, I was hungry and didn't have a loaner car to go anywhere. Sooo frustrating! More
