Been here twice for service, solely out of convenience. Utterly terrible experiences and service both times. Convenience went far out the window. Hope to never be back. Everybody moves at their own leisurely snail’s pace, zero respect for their customers’ time. Employees poor attitudes like they are annoyed at having to take the time to interact with customers at all. They are unreachable by phone, and no one will put forth even the slightest modicum of effort to see that your concern is addressed unless you force the issue. You really get the sense of a culture of “not my problem,” and that their days are more about showing up to work to interact amongst themselves and get paid for sitting around and doing nothing, rather than actually servicing clients. Kept my car for two days, and completely failed to address the sole issue I actually brought the vehicle in for. Then, it was entirely resolved within five minutes by quickly “running it down” to a tech to fix when I showed up to pick up the car. Yet another example of them not even bothering to care to hear the information you relay to them. Just a service mill to extract money from BMW, rather than to supplement the owner experience. I enthusiastically urge anyone reading this to make the drive to Pacific BMW in Glendale. You won’t be disappointed and the drive will be well worth your time. This is the first and only review I’ve ever written for a business, and the first time I’ve ever so strongly felt the urge to leave a comment as to actually do so. Hope it helps. More

Dropped off my car to have it serviced and they were quick and efficient. When I picked up my car it was washed and even the tires were shiny.
