This is a typical dealer. Sales was ok, but the dealer will carry BMWs water when it comes time to get help with service, which on a cpo BMW is frequent. I'm dinging the dealer because when we needed hel will carry BMWs water when it comes time to get help with service, which on a cpo BMW is frequent. I'm dinging the dealer because when we needed help, they were unwilling to go to bat with BMW to get help on a warranty issue. Disappointed. More
We have two new bmw's recently moved near this dealership. We brought one in for service multiple times without any issues. We brought the second vehicle in two weeks ago for oil change and servic dealership. We brought one in for service multiple times without any issues. We brought the second vehicle in two weeks ago for oil change and service. The initial service was excellent. However Brian informed us that our water pump was leaking and would need to be replaced. They asked if we would like a loaner, and we said of course. So we go to schedule the maintenance and the loaner when they inform us they wouldn't have a loaner vehicle for two weeks - but our car should be fine until then. Just come back in two weeks, get the loaner and they'll replace the water pump. So we go back yesterday, after two weeks. Our appointment was at 3:00 with Brian. We arrive early, hoping to drop the car off and go. WRONG. We sit there until 3:40 when Brian comes over and says, I'll get this filed and get you the paper for the loaner, just have insurance, license and credit card ready. So, we WAIT... 15 more mins. There was nobody in the loaner car office. She left while we were sitting there waiting. Eventually another gentleman comes and ask if we've been helped. We give him our paper and explain we just need a loaner car while ours is being fixed. After he "ummms" and "uuuhhhss" for 5 mins he tells us there's no loaner cars available. He huddles up with Brian and who they said was the manager before coming over to us saying, "Sorry, there's no loaner cars available right now." Why not just have the common courtesy of calling ahead of times so we don't come and sit there and wait just to leave and have to come back another time? I don't think this is a bad dealership, but this is easily avoidable. Hopefully this is a one time thing that was just overlooked or we'll have to go elsewhere. More
I purchase a vehicle at least once a year and I have never had an experience so terrible like this. From the price to repair quoted to me and what you charged to my insurance to waiting 3 days for a re never had an experience so terrible like this. I will never visit your location again for any reason. Would rather drive further to Have my vehicle serviced. More
